Fixed Term - 12 Months - Salaried GP
Greens Norton & Weedon Medical Practice (GNWMP) is looking to recruit a 6 session GP on a 12-month fixed term contract starting in June 2025.
Based in rural South Northamptonshire, we are a training and dispensing practice, working across two sites. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, well established multidisciplinary team, caring for over 14,500 patients.

Main Duties:
Working as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to our practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract and ICB requirements.
The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered patients. You will hold a list and focus on continuity of care, taking on a share in the on-call duty doctor rota for urgent care.
In general, the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
Overview of GNWMP:
We have circa 14,500 patients across two sites, cared for by an effective, dedicated and comprehensive primary healthcare team, which includes GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Clinical Pharmacist, Social Prescribers, First Contact Physio, Podiatrist and a supportive Reception/Administration team.

Essential Qualifications:
